After graduating law school, Michele clerked for the Honorable Martin A. Herman of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Thereafter, Ms. Weckerly practiced law at a medium sized Philadelphia firm for five years, concentrating her practice on commercial and employment matters for private entities and homeowner’s associations. At SRST, she has litigated all forms of federal and state commercial litigation and employment and educational discrimination cases involving contract disputes, class actions, age, race, gender, disability, harassment, national origin and religious discrimination matters in workplace and educational environments in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, Ms. Weckerly practices before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and other similar agencies. Ms. Weckerly has represented a wide range of clients in various private industries, non-profit organizations, homeowner’s associations and public, charter, private schools and school boards.
