Mr. Callaway attended Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. Graduating in 2003 he received a Bachelor’s Degree in History and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society and Widener’s Pre-Law Society.

Mr. Callaway received his doctorate from Widener Law in 2006, and was a member of Widener’s Moot Court Honor Society while also serving as a Lt. Governor of ABA Representatives for the 3rd Circuit. Mr. Callaway is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania at both the State and Federal levels, and is admitted to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as being a Delaware Superior Court trained mediator.

Prior to joining Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi, LLP, Mr. Callaway worked with the Wilmington, Delaware law firm of Tighe & Cottrell, P.A. Mr. Callaway’s practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation and routinely represents clients in commercial litigation, motor vehicle/trucking litigation, premises liability, construction law, insurance defense, and professional liability.

In his free time Mr. Callaway volunteers as a mentor to first year law students, assisting in their transition into law school and then into the practice of law.
