Joseph Squadroni is a litigation attorney who represents insurers and related entities in complex matters. His practice is focused on all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Joseph works closely with clients to develop strategic defenses, evaluate risk exposure, and position cases for efficient resolution, whether through dispositive motion practice or negotiated settlement. He is recognized for his detail-oriented approach, strong written advocacy, and ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Joseph earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He began his legal career with hands-on experience through internships with the Philadelphia Municipal Court and clinical work in criminal defense, where he developed foundational courtroom and advocacy skills. Drawing on that experience, Joseph brings a practical, litigation-driven mindset to his work, delivering thoughtful and effective representation on behalf of his clients.
