Andrew D. Verrier is a civil litigator with broad experience representing clients in professional liability, insurance defense, and complex civil disputes. He has managed cases in both state and federal courts, handling all phases of litigation, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and court hearings. His practice includes defending attorneys, accountants, and other licensed professionals against claims involving malpractice, negligence, and ethical violations.

 

Before joining the firm, Andrew practiced with Goldberg Segalla and Margolis Edelstein, where he handled matters involving employment-related claims such as discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and reputational torts. He began his legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, gaining valuable insight into trial‑level judicial decision‑making and courtroom procedure.
