Mr. Ahuja earned his Masters of Law Degree from the University at Buffalo, School of Law, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut, School of Law. He is a foreign-trained multilingual attorney. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Law degree from New Delhi, India. Mr. Ahuja is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi languages.
At Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi, LLP, Mr. Ahuja works to provide defense of commercial transportation companies and drivers after accidents resulting in alleged bodily injury and/or property damage. He also assists commercial transportation companies after voluntary or involuntary tows which result in unjustified invoices and/or improper retention of equipment and/or cargo.
