Our Attorneys

Sally J. Daugherty graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1986. She graduated, cum laude, from the Dickinson School of Law in 1990, where she was the Marketing Editor of the Dickinson Law Review, and a member of the National Appellate Moot Court Team. Ms. Daugherty received the Frank Edward Roda Memorial Award for excellence in advocacy and was inducted into the Order of Barristers and the Woolsack Society for outstanding academic achievement.

Ms. Daugherty focuses her practice on complex litigation, including employment law, bankruptcy and business disputes. Ms. Daugherty is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Daugherty is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and an active participant in the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project.
