Mr. Daugherty represents clients from real estate developers to industrial manufacturers on a wide range of issues—including banking and financial services litigation, creditor's rights, product liability, securities litigation, shareholder's rights, Uniform Commercial Code matters and warranty litigation.

He handles both litigation and transactional matters including the sale and purchase of businesses, real estate and other assets, and offers special expertise in secured lending and finance issues. A strong litigator in both the jury and bench trial environment, he has achieved successful outcomes in contract disputes, unfair trade practice matters, partnership disputes in state and federal courts, and preference and fraudulent conveyance actions in the bankruptcy courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Daugherty gained seven years experience in the area of commercial litigation with two firms in Philadelphia.
